Jesup – Sally June Wellman, 77 years old of Jesup, IA, died Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at the Cedar Valley Hospice House in Waterloo, IA.

She was born December 3, 1940, in Allison, IA, the daughter of John Weber and Marvel (Anderson) Weber.  She graduated from Jesup High School with the class of 1959, and later attended Hawkeye Community College and became a certified pipe welder.  She worked at John Deere, Carnation and drove a school bus for Jesup Community Schools.  Sally was a former member of the American Lutheran Church in Jesup.

Sally is survived by her husband, David Wellman of Jesup, IA; 3 sons, Don (Sherri) Wellman of Crestview, FL, Brad (Dawn) Wellman of St. Louis, MO, Vincent (Jeanne) Wellman of Jesup, IA; 1 daughter, Shani (John) Brumm of Mason City, IA; 5 grandchildren, Melissa (Kevin) Kunze, Daniel (Amanda) Wellman, Sara (Brian) Lashbrook, Trent (Stephanie) Wellman, Ashley (Rick) Uhlenhopp; 9 great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Julian, Jordan, Jared, Kruz, Isaac, Lyric, Ledger, and Drew; and one brother, Stan Weber of Knoxville, IA.  She is preceded in death by her parents and one grandson Corey Wellman.

No public services are planned.  Memorials may be directed to the family.
