Jesup – Brenda L.Youngblut, 46 years old, died Thursday, April 26, 2018.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. – Saturday, May 5, 2018, at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, Jesup, IA.  Inurnment will be at a later date.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 4^th at the White Funeral Home, Jesup, IA, where there will be a parish rosary at 3:00 p.m.  Visitation will continue for an hour before services Saturday at the church.  Memorials may be directed to the family.

Brenda was born April 1, 1972, in Waterloo, IA, the daughter of Donald Youngblut and Linda (Delagardelle) Youngblut.  She graduated from Jesup High School with the class of 1990.  She then graduated from Hawkeye Community College with an associate degree in Fashion Merchandising.  She also attended the College of Hair Design and worked as a barber for a time.  Currently she was employed by Service Signing Company in Cedar Falls.

Brenda is survived by her mother, Linda Youngblut of Jesup; one brother Eugene Youngblut of La Porte City; one sister, Jana (Mike) Johnson of Jesup; 2 nephews and a niece; also by a friend Mike Grover of Rowley and his children.

Her father; one sister, Leanne; and her paternal and maternal grandparents preceded her in death.
