Jesup – Fidellis K. Reuter, 95 years old of Jesup, IA, died Monday, January 30 at Bartels Lutheran Home in Waverly, IA.

Services will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2017 at the White Funeral Home, Jesup, IA.  Burial will be at a later date in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery – Barclay, rural Dunkerton, IA.  Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.  Memorials may be directed to the family.

Mrs. Reuter was born April 24, 1921 near Dunkerton the daughter of John Risse and Catherine (Meier) Risse.  She was married Francis Joseph Reuter until divorced in 1973.  She has been a resident of Jesup for 70 years.

Mrs. Reuter is survived by three sons, Bill Reuter of Jesup, Frank (Mary) Reuter of Waverly, Nick (Catherine) Reuter of Modesto, CA; two daughters, Sharon (Larry) Miller of New Hartford, IA, Kathleen (Jim) Rieck of Primghar, IA; also 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 4 great great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Wilbur, Gerald, Kenneth and Eugene Risse.
