White Funeral Home Jesup – Dale Clarence Weber, 60 years old of Jesup, IA, died Wednesday, September 16, 2015, near Jesup, from injuries sustained in a car – motorcycle accident. He was born September 3, 1955, in Waterloo, IA, the son of Clarence Nicholas Weber and Darlys Ida (Doepke) Weber. He graduated from Jesup High School with the class of 1973 and then attended the University of Northern Iowa for two years. He later graduated from Hawkeye Community College with an associate degree in General Technology in 1995. On May 1, 1982, he was united in marriage to Brenda Jo Barnett at St. Athanasius Catholic Church in Jesup. Dale had 40 years of service at John Deere and was currently a Product Development Specialist at John Deere’s Product Engineering Center in Waterloo. He was a member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church in Jesup and UAW Local 838 in Waterloo. Dale is survived by his wife Brenda of Jesup, two sons, Chase (Kallie) Weber of Oskaloosa, IA, Colton Weber of Cedar Falls; one daughter, Carly Weber of Cedar Falls, three sisters, Sharon (Dan) Hambrock of Eagan, MN, Judy (Jim) Meier of North Liberty, Marilyn (Victor) Kies of Cedar Rapids; three brothers, Larry (Sue) Weber of Waterloo, Don (Rose) Weber of Waterloo, Gerry (Shelly) Weber of Jesup; sister in law Laura Weber of Raymond. His parents, two sisters, Janice Weber and LuAnn Weber, one brother, Ronald H. Weber, one nephew, Matthew Weber, and best friend Tom Monat preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. – Monday, September 21, 2015, at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, Jesup, IA, Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Raymond, IA. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Sunday September 20th at the White Funeral Home, Jesup, IA, where there will be a 3:00 p.m. Rosary and a 7:00 p.m. Vigil Service. Visitation will continue for an hour before services at the church Monday. Memorials will be directed to the family. |
