Dunkerton – Neva L. Johnson, formerly of rural Dunkerton died Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at ABCM Rehab Independence – East.  She was born February 2, 1923 in Nora Springs, IA, and in 1941 was united in marriage to George Johnson in Waterloo, IA.  They farmed for many years before retirement.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by three children, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, one great great-granddaughter and one great great-granddaughter on the way.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son in infancy, four sisters and three brothers.

Services were held Friday, May 24, 2013, with Mr. Jim Rogers officiating.  Burial was at New Barclay Cemetery, rural Jesup, IA.

White Funeral Home, Jesup, IA, was in charge of the arrangements.
