BRANDON– Thomas L. Wilt, 57, of Brandon, IA, died Monday, July 15, 2024, at UnityPoint – St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Celebration of Life of will be at a later date.

Tom was born May 28, 1967, in Cedar Rapids, IA, the son of John Walter Wilt and Doris Ann (Kolar) Wilt. He graduated from East High School in Waterloo, IA. He was a construction worker and most recently worked at a roofing company. Tom also spent time training with the Navy Reserves and was ready to serve when called upon. Tom enjoyed fishing and playing pool.

Tom is survived by his daughter, Ashley (Matthew Tempel) Weidman; one grandson, Luke; his father, John Wilt; his two sisters, Tammi Hunt and Shannon (Chris) Stolle; and his step-father, Ronald Penn.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Penn; and his brother, Timothy Wilt.
