Oelwein – Leonard C. Fenner, 62 of Oelwein, IA, and formerly of Jesup, IA, died Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, IA.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. – Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at White Funeral Home, Jesup, IA.  Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Leonard was born April 9, 1959, in Waterloo, IA, the son of Lawrence E. Fenner and Elizabeth Ellen (Meythaler) Fenner.  He graduated from Independence High School with the class of 1978.  On March 22, 1980, he was united in marriage to Marcia Marie Engelhardt at the First United Methodist Church in Jesup.  They later divorced.  He was later married to Linda Hillhouse, on September 24, 2005.  They divorced in 2011.  Leonard worked as a grinder and polisher for Boubin Real Wheel Racing for 23 years.

Leonard is survived by two sons, Leonard “Lonnie” (Ashley) Fenner of Jesup, Lance Fenner of Cedar Falls, IA; five grandchildren, Gavin, Lane, Kaydin, Alex and Dusty; two brothers, Larry (Lisa) Fenner of Cedar Rapids, IA, and his twin brother, Lowell (Ann) Fenner of Iowa City, IA; also his uncle, Frank Fenner, Jr. of Jesup.

His parents preceded him in death.
