Jesup – Patsy Ann Kelly, 85 years old of Jesup, IA, died Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at the Buchanan County Health Center, in Independence, IA.

Family graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. – Monday, October 14^th at Cedar Crest Cemetery, Jesup, IA.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Sunday, October 13, 2019, at the White Funeral Home, Jesup, IA.  Memorials may be directed to the Jesup Public Library.

Patsy was born October 6, 1934, in Mason City, IA, the daughter of Frank Kasik and Leota (Frantz) Kasik.  She graduated from Mason City High School with the class of 1952.  On May 9, 1954, she was united in marriage to Jerry Lee Kelly in Mason City and they later moved to Jesup in 1959.  Patsy worked for the Waterloo School District for 15 years, as a secretary and retired in 1994.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Jesup.

Patsy is survived by; two sons, Michael (Terri) Kelly of Independence, MO, and Timothy (Diana) Kelly of Jesup, IA; also, 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one sister, Darlene Bender of Prairie Du Chien, WI; and one brother in law, Thomas (Karen) Kelly of Madison, AL.  Her parents and husband, Jerry, preceded her in death.
