Jesup – Teresa Elaine Kamback, 72 years old of Jesup, Iowa, died Saturday, September 28, 2019, at her home.  She was born January 2, 1947, in Waterloo, IA, the daughter of Edward Nicholas Wellner and Madeline Elaine (Friedly) Wellner.  After attending school in La Porte City, IA, she was united in marriage to Harold James Kamback on August 14, 1965, in Princeton, MN.  They have lived in Jesup the past 46 years and raised their family.  Teresa worked as a nursing aid and was a homemaker.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Harold Kamback of Jesup; one son, Gene (Rita) Kamback of Vinton, IA; one daughter, Shelly (Tracy) Staton of Jesup; three grandchildren, Andrew (Stephanie) Kamback, Hannah Clair, Nicky Staton; three great grandchildren, Ethan Rodriguez, Isla Kamback and Baylee Clair; her father, Edward Wellner of La Porte City, two brothers, Richard (Judy) Wellner of Lenoir City, TN, Randy Wellner of La Porte City, two sisters, Diane (Randy) Caldwell of La Porte City and Lisa (Mike) Chase of Maquoketa, IA.

She was preceded in death by her mother and a sister in law, Karen Wellner.

Teresa was cremated and services will be held at a later date.  Memorials may be directed to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation or UnityPoint Hospice.
