White Funeral Home Oelwein – Pamela Ann (Kearns) Taylor, 55 years old of Oelwein, IA, died Monday, June 17, 2019, at her home after a long battle with cancer. Pam was born June 21, 1963, in Oelwein, IA, the daughter of Clarence Eugene Kearns and Diane Marie McQueen Kearns. Pam attended Oelwein High School. On November 4, 1989 she married Charles King. They later divorced. On April 20, 2018 she married Kent Allen Taylor on his family’s farm in rural Jesup, IA. Pam was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan and liked to watch their games. She also liked to camp and fish. Pam is survived by her husband Kent Taylor of Oelwein, IA; one daughter, Anna Culbert of Oelwein, IA; two sons, Leslie (Angela Brown) Kearns of Menahga, MN, Christopher (Kara) Kearns of Dundee, IA; five grandchildren; one step-grandchild; her father, Clarence (Shirley) Kearns of Oskaloosa, IA; one brother, Timothy Kearns of Oelwein, IA; two sisters, Kimberly (John Beck) Kisner of Oelwein, IA, Kelley (Jamie) Whitaker of Oelwein, IA; and her father-in-law, Ken (Phyllis Murdock) Taylor, of Independence, IA. She was preceded in death by her mother, Diane Kisner; and one grandson, Jacob Robert Kearns. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. - Friday, June 21, 2019, at Old Barclay Cemetery, rural Jesup, IA with Pastor Michael Ashmen officiating. Memorials may be directed to the family.
